I have now purchased 2 home with Karen and if I could describe with one word what is like to have her as my realtor would be “Easy”That’s it! It was great working with Karen. She was extremely familiar with the area, the market and what my expectations should be. She presented several options on how I should proceed with my sale, explained my options regarding renovations and "as is". Karen was able to crunch the numbers for me and breakdown all of the costs and fees associated with the sale of a property including other costs incurred that I hadn't even thought of. Karen was also very responsive in that she took care of details and tasks that I could not or did not want to handle. She also worked well with the buyer.
